Please contact us as soon as you notice your mistake.
If we have not packed and shipped your order we can easily modify it.
However, we work quickly if your order has already been processed and packed there may be additional fees to compensate for any additional packaging required.
If your order has already been shipped you can send back the unwanted items as long they remain in a resalable condition we can credit your account so you can select the correct item.
You have 30 days to send any unwanted items back to us. If your order contains a faulty item or arrives damaged we’ll even cover the return shipping (on domestic orders, if required). After 30 days is up, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping but we’ll still take care of a refund or exchange as long as the products are in a new, resalable condition.
You have up to 90 days to return for a full product refund, shipping costs not included.
If the items arrive back damaged or used we will not be able to provide you with an account credit or refund.
