We guarantee that at the time of shipment that your product is free from defects in materials and workmanship.
If your parcel arrives with obvious damage, please make sure this damaged is noted before you sign to receive it. If possible please take a photo before you open the package and document any damage you discover.
Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the product if your shipment is damaged, so we can process a claim with the selected delivery partner. After this timeframe, most partners will not accept responsibility for a damaged delivery.
If Showable determines that there was a defect in the product sold to you, we will replace the product free of charge, or provide a full refund of the price of the product.
